Process Control and Attestation Approval Workflows are consistent with initiatives such as the UK’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), HKMA’s Manager In Charge (MIC) and Australia’s Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) to allow scrutiny and sign off of returns by the appropriate individuals whether a single path of approval for all or different depending on the class of return. This includes the ability to incorporate supporting documentation, commentary, request for information messaging to ensure that all involved in the process have contextual information to allow sign off of data before submission to the Regulator.
