• Introduction to Work Ethics & Soft Skills: We provided essential workplace ethics and professional skills training through the TalentLMS platform.
• Company Values & Culture: We developed a special course, which shared our company’s values, mission, and strategy. “White Belt” certification. (white belt certification proper to VERMEG employees)
• Tailored Learning Paths: We put forward diverse content into engaging learning paths which captivated our young audience. The inclusion of assessments ensured continuous engagement and knowledge application.
• Interactive Conferences: To bridge the gap created by remote working, we hosted live conferences where new joiners could interact with experts, ask questions, and engage in discussions about the company’s history, tools, and more.

• Sustainability & Efficiency: Our digital training approach has helped reduce the environmental impact of paper use, electricity, and air conditioning, aligning with our CSR principles. Furthermore, we have reduced the number of man-days required for induction, making our new employees productive at a faster pace.
