This run through by our Functional Authority covers the latest announcements by the BoE and EBA, as well as some of the more medium term coming down the pipe, and some of the changes in direction to keep an eye on. This session covers the EBA’s delay to DPM 3.2, including ALMM (additional liquidity monitoring metrics), securitisations and asset encumbrance, the PRA’s announcements on changes to how capital will be defined, and more importantly, assessed, and the clean up in the wake of the OSCA to BEEDS migration for SRDD reporting.

Further afield he also looks at the impact of the UK’s Financial Services and Markets Bill, and the changes being made across Europe and the UK to how internal model permissions will be treated. Finally, he covers off the introduction of templates for Pillar III and ESG reporting, and how these work, before cover change’s themes in the Regulatory landscape more generally.
