DBA & Cloud Systems Lead

We’re looking for a dynamic DBA & Cloud Systems Lead to strengthen our Datacenter & Cloud operations and support the growth of our core product. This is a great opportunity to work on strategic projects involving virtualization, database performance, and cloud technologies in a stimulating, multicultural environment.

What you’ll do

▪ Lead and optimize database environments (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) across on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure)

▪ Architect, implement, and manage hybrid cloud and data migration strategies

▪ Lead day-to-day operations and ensure high system availability

▪ Implement best practices in security, backups, and disaster recovery

▪ Support automation, monitoring, and performance tuning efforts

▪ Collaborate with development, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure best practices across environments

What we’re looking for:

▪ Strong leadership experience in database administration and infrastructure planning

▪Proven expertise with Oracle DB, PostgreSQL DB and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

▪Solid knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, scripting (Python, Shell), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)

▪Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus

▪Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset

▪Fluent in French and English
