Established in 1994, initially under the name of BFI, Vermeg has more than a dozen years of experience in the fund and securities processing industry. It was introduced as a spin-off from BFI in 2002.

The company is privately-held by owners who take an active involvement in the development of the products and the company.

Vermeg’s mission is to be a global leader in providing STP solutions, advanced technology, and strong expertise in the specialised market segments the company serves: Securities processing, Corporate Actions and Fund Management.

With over 50 clients in 15 countries, it numbers amongst them leading financial institutions such as Société Générale (SG), BNP Paribas, Banco Santander group, Axa Investment Managers, HSBC Securities Services France, Aviva, Banque de Luxembourg, Bank of France, Bangkok Bank, National Bank of Kuwait, and the San Paolo group.

Vermeg has established itself both as a provider of innovative and technologically advanced solutions to the financial market and as a long term partner, fully involved in its clients’ ongoing requirements through its highly experienced consulting staff and a successful track-record of a broad spectrum of implementations.

With a staff of more than 170 people, a presence in Paris, Madrid, Athens and an off-shore R&D centre in Tunis, Vermeg is set for rapid expansion in the future.
