1 Legal Officer :

Required skills (technical/functional)

  • Specialized in Business Law (Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Tax Law and Labour Law).
  • Ability to work in an international legal environment.

Language skills

  • Perfect mastery of French and English.
  • Fluency in Arabic and a fourth language (Spanish or German) would be an asset.

Personal qualities

  • Ability to integrate and very good interpersonal skills.
  • Keen sense of discipline, organization and proactivity.
  • Availability and international mobility.

Required training

  • Baccalaureat degree + 4 to 5 Faculty of Law.

Required experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a business law firm, an audit firm or an international company.

1 Marketing Intelligence Officer

Required skills (technical/functional)

  • Ability to track sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Ability to define product strategies in the field of software editing.
  • Knowledge of back office activities related to securities (Trading, Portfolio Management, Fund Management).
